Compact unit without LPG / autogas and / or bottling dispenser, complete with an underground LPG storage tank with outer epoxy coating and fittings and equipment listed below, mounted in manhole, piped, primed and painted.

Execution consisting of:

• one 490 l (2.9 t) covered gas tank with epoxy coating, with standard fittings, with manhole DN 500, centered, with additional flange connection DN 150 for a submersible pump, including square steel dome shaft in the middle of the tank (1500 x 800 mm) x 850 mm L x W x H) with manhole cover not passable, ground cover 750 mm
• Submersible pump type RX33 for propane / butane, capacity: approx. 50 l / min at 7.0 bar differential pressure, max. Power approx. 80 l / min, max. Differential pressure 8.6 bar, three-phase motor in explosion-proof version, power 2.2 kW, 400 V / 50 Hz, with pressure line connection system and Ex connection box
• Overflow valve type RV18-NRV (Non-Return-Valve) and check valve
• Ball valve DN 25 behind the submersible pump
• Solenoid valve DN 25, Ex-protected, 230 V / 50 Hz
• Intermediate flange adapter with pressure gauge, safety valve 25 bar, degassing valve and connection for differential pressure switch
• Differential pressure switch as dry running protection including isolating switching amplifier
• Check valve in the overflow line and in the gas return line
• In the outlet of the pressure line in the manhole ball valve DN 25, safety valve 25 bar and angle valve 3/4 "with blind plug
• Connection for precision steel tube Ø 15 mm (return)
• connection for precision steel pipe Ø 22 mm (pressure line)
