Vaporiser plant in container, type FAS 3000 PN 25, for propane/butane, indirect warm water heating, in a 10 ft. steel container with double-winged door and 2 ventilation grids, completely mounted and tubed

Compact unit consisting out of:

• Hot water vaporiser plant type FAS 3000
• Ball valves in inlet and outlet segment before gas pressure regulator
• Strainer on front of both solenoid valves in inlet segment of heat exchanger
• Plate heat exchanger 400 kg/h
• LPG inlet DN 25 PN 40, gas outlet DN 50 PN 25
• Inlet/outlet hot water DN 50 PN 16 with shut-off valve DN 50
• Double temperature regulator for monitoring of gas temperature
• 2 liquid level sensors for flood protection in outlet
• Heat exchanger and liquid separator
• Safety valves in gaseous and liquid phase
• Thermometer for gas temperature and water inlet /outlet
• Pressure monitor in hot water circuit
• Ball valves for emptying and venting (gas and water)
• Pressure gauge with shut-off valve in gaseous and liquid phase and in hot water circuit
• Gas pressure regulator type RB 4700 with SAV for upper and bottom shut-off
• Bypass for gaseous phase inclusive, with ball valve DN 25
• Terminal boxes inclusive, power connection 230 V / 50 Hz

Heating system for hot water supply for vaporiser plant:

• VIESSMANN Vitoplex 200, type SX2A lower temperature heating boiler for heating systems with flow temperature upt to 110°C according to EN 12828 and a ELCO gas burner
• VECTRON G2.120 DUO/KL two-stages, 80-120 kw, connection fittings inclusive, heat transfer medium with anti-freeze protection inclusive, insulated piping inclusive
• Electric switch cabinet / control panel, wired for connection of:tank unit, WW vaporiser plant, WW supply
